Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is confirmed. During peak periods or product drops, processing times may be extended slightly.
Shipping Times & Rates
We currently ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge an additional shipping fee to resend it.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Customs & Duties (for international orders)
